Every order is confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch so it reaches the right address in the right packaging.

What cash on delivery means

No card or online payment is required. The order total is collected in cash when it arrives, and product prices are shown in OMR in the cart and checkout.

Confirmation before dispatch

  1. Enter a valid international WhatsApp number and a detailed address.
  2. We message you to confirm the products, city, and address.
  3. After confirmation, we prepare and dispatch the order in plain packaging.

Address and receiving the order

Include the governorate, area, street, building number, or a nearby landmark. The delivery team may request a Google Maps location. Check the package on arrival and keep your order number for follow-up.

Cancellation or refusal

You may request cancellation on WhatsApp before dispatch. If you cannot be reached or refuse delivery, the order may be marked refused and future orders may require extra confirmation.
